I have build 26 curved doors or radius doors, 2 years ago. we used a product called Flexi form some call it wiggle wood, rubber wood, it is made of 2 piece 3/32 thick  of meranti mahogany with a paper in between making a thicness of 3/16, layered 4 times with glue in between and front and back as a brown backer sheet high pressure paper also glued in a possitive negative radius mould and clamped over night, we used Tite bound cold press veneer wood glue. We machined and trimed and fitted the doors to the cabinets. So all the doors add about 2 weeks extra time to dry before finishing them. For the finish I used Lacquer primer 2 coats and 4 coats of solid white lacquer pre cathalized sanding in between coats. We had the doors looked at under microscope and they say that the finish was done properly and that there is mouvement in the doors creating the cracks. Is there anybody out there with a solution to how to fix this problem or that has had a problem like this. Thank you very much Andre
