Hi,

I'm doing a project for a furniture making course I'm attending and whilst I've been using sketch up to draw up my plans, I'm interested to find out what software or package they use at American Woodworker for the publication.

Can anyone inform me of which software they use to draw up their projects and plans in their magazine.

Does anybody know?

Yours in good faith, G

Our tech artist uses a combination of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create the drawings for American Woodworker.

It's a somewhat involved process but you can find videos on the subject on YouTube using Adobe and other types of software, including Sketchup.
