I have several Eagle American bits & they are of good quality.

Again, I thank you,

Rockler 91430-3/16" or 91441-1/4" which are 23.49 and 25.49 respectively. A
better selection can be found at Eagle America, at better prices:
http:/www.eagleamerica.com (p14-2902-3/16" or

p14-2904 1/4" for 18.98 and 19.98 respectively. Eagle America also has a
1/8" radius that you might be interested in. All of these bits have a 1/4"
shank which I assume is OK. Another option you might think about is using a
Drumel tool with their miniature router bits.

.

The Bosh Colt seems to be the best choice for the job. You shouldn't have a
problem with unevenness because of the bearing guide. Practice the cuts on some scrap pieces to build confidence.

I hope this helps.

Re: Face frame routing

The router bit listed by Rockler is number 23182. The vertical section is sloped 10 degrees. I want to achieve a small cove on the face at the outside edge. A core bit may suffice using my Bosh Colt held horizontal but I could be opening up for unevenness.

Thanks for your input.
