This is the type which has the wood follower to keep everything parallel. I installed one door set and found that the front and rear ends of the slides were not parallel from top to bottom when you move the side forward and backward. I thought it was my mistake, but now I am wondering because the bracket on the slides which you screw the follower strip to is not square with the slide. I checked both sets(each door set) and they are all made that way. It looks to me like the rear ends of the slides all most need to move over a 1/4" up and down.

What am I doing wrong? I can't believe the slides should move up and down much.
