THIS HAS BEEN TRIPLED OILED SO IT WILL LAST FOR YEARS IN ALL WEATHERS . I ESTIMATE IT WILL LAST 15 YEARS PLUS IN ALL CONDITIONS OUTSIDE . AND ONCE A YEAR . RE OIL IT . And the fixings on old boards were between 12 to 14 screws every &amp;nbsp;16 inches .Now area is cleared we are using 6 x 2 tanalised and treated timbers for the main frame. And 4 x 2 tanalised and treated timbers for the bearers which will be on joist hangers with noggins inbetween. The handrail will be fixed onto turned newel post..Time wise was getting the main decking frame right which is near on perfect with frame being out by 5 mm . With the weather here while doing decking had a little snow here and there.Plus a little blood here and there.
